About:

The North County Farmers Market is situated in Vista California, just minutes from all three major freeways in North County the I-5, I-78 and I-15. Our Google address is 3012 Oleander, Vista, California 92078. Just look for the big red produce wagon at the intersection of Smilax and Oleander. Our produce is grown in partnership with small family growers. The North County Farmers Market encompasses 5 acres. The North County Farmers Market does not have any affiliation with the San Diego County Farm Bureau and is not a certified farmers market.

Attention Farmers!!!!

If you are a local farmer and would like to sell at our market, click here or drop by and fill out one of our lease partner growing agreements. Our Partnership with local growers brings you fresh produce at lower price. We are farmers, not bureaucrats. Not being a certified farmers market enables us to partner with small growers all over San Diego County. Family growers cannot afford the costs and to be a certified by San Diego County Farm Bureau. We are affectionately known the as “the people’s market”. We have nothing against the government; we just prefer pulling a plow rather than pushing a pencil. You taste the difference in our produce because our fruits and vegetables have the main ingredients of love and sunshine! We are not a certified organic farm, and USDA rules prohibit us from using the term "organic" to describe our produce. Some of our growers use conventional methods while others use the same principals as the certified organic farm does.

Meet the farmers

Meet the farmers, florists and bakers! Enjoy a wide variety of farm fresh produce and baked goods. The best organic food in San Diego is what's grown closest to you. We believe in reducing environmental impacts of pesticides. The North County Farmers Market uses natural practices to deal with the problems associated with cultivation.
